Delivered: The website infographic (1920x1080, 60 fps Lottie, final v3.1, 16 s) and the Grid 19 background loop (two minutes), each with an HTML player page for review
The brief
David Patterson-Cole at DataLane, a data analytics platform, hired me on 12 August 2025 for website Lottie animation.
The build
I built the infographic in After Effects as nodes and branch connectors that pulse as data moves between them, and a separate grid composition of staggered circles and zigzag lines that runs behind it. It went through drafts v1 to v3.1 in three days, each delivered as a Lottie with its own HTML player page.
The constraint
The background is a two-minute loop, which as a Lottie had to stay light: the master grid file is about 0.2 MB, five layers driving nested animations.
The delivered experience
The final drafts were delivered on 13 and 14 August 2025 as Lottie files with HTML preview pages.
