Work
Line Art Animation
A short film of a hand reaching out, built entirely from fine parallel contour lines that sweep across a white frame and fade.
Client: IVG Design
Personal study / 2021
Fine lines. One gesture.
My role: Motion design and line art animation.
Delivered: A 10-second film on Vimeo.
What it explores
A hand reaching out, drawn only with dense, thin contour lines in black on white. The lines sweep across the frame to reveal the hand and then fade back out.
The delivered experience
The film was published on my Vimeo account and sat in the Line Art Animation entry of my earlier Webflow portfolio, dated 21 July 2021.
