Nammu21 / Fintech AI / 2024

No scrolling. Every page a move.

My role: Lottie animation, front-end development, build pipeline and analytics

Delivered: The full Nammu21 website with custom page-by-page navigation, three aspect-ratio-specific versions with per-version Lottie animations, a Node.js bundle pipeline with version-stamped JS, and Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking

Tools: After Effects, Lottie/Bodymovin, Webflow, JavaScript, Node.js, Google Analytics, Google Ads

The brief

Nammu21, a fintech AI startup, needed a custom site urgently for its Round II funding push. I joined on 17 September 2024 through an Upwork posting for a Webflow author and Lottie animator, and the work grew into animation, front-end, back-end, analytics, ads integration, build pipeline and deployment. Webflow was the delivery platform. Everything else was custom code.

The build

I wrote the navigation from scratch in JavaScript, bypassing Webflow's built-in nav. I built three versions of the site for different aspect ratios, with mutation and intersection observers that pick which version loads, and a hand-written trigger layer for Lottie playback. A Node.js script stamps the JS bundles with a version for cache-busting on every deployment, and Google Analytics and Google Ads events are wired into the page-to-page navigation.

The constraint

The design called for page-by-page navigation with no scrolling, so every page transition is its own interaction and Webflow's nav could not do it. The three versions are aspect ratios, not breakpoints, and every Lottie animation had to be tuned per version. The Drive folder shows the Lottie files in 16x9, 1x1, 9x32 and 9x16 variants, with dated update folders from 6 October to 5 November 2024.

The delivered experience

The site is live at nammu21.com. The contract ran from 17 September 2024 to 21 January 2025.

Client feedback

"Ilya is a fantastic animator and Lottie wizard, and a great collaborator on projects requiring creative, detailed, and complex animations. He jumped into our project quickly, worked overtime when needed to hit deadlines, and readily took on new tasks like helping configure analytics events on our very customized Webflow site. He's a creative and trusted contributor for us, and will be an asset to any project working with sophisticated animation and motion graphics for the web and mobile."
