CERDAAC Values Diagram Animation

An animated principles diagram for the company-overview page of SIMCO's CERDAAC website, built in After Effects and exported to Lottie.

My role: Motion design, After Effects animation, Lottie export

Delivered: Two Lottie demo animations (11.7 s and 23.3 s, 2000×2000) with self-contained HTML previews

The brief

The company-overview page mockup for the CERDAAC site has a section called "Our Core Values and Principles", which says SIMCO's values and principles are the cornerstone the company was founded on. The mockup file was labelled for animation, and my job was to turn that section's diagram into motion for the web.

The build

The diagram puts one statement at the centre, "We believe in each person", with the values arranged around it: Innovation, Empathy, Trust, Customer Obsessed, Operate Like Owners, Don't Compromise On Quality, Respond Fast & Friendly, Serve As One Team, Find A Better Way, Attack The Problems, Lead By Being Lean and Enjoy The Journey. I built it as one Lottie composition with each value on its own layer, so a single value can open up and show its description. The first demo opens "Enjoy The Journey"; the second runs two values in sequence and adds "Find A Better Way".

The delivered experience

The two Lottie demos and their HTML preview pages are what remain in the project folder. Each preview plays the animation in the browser with no other files needed.
