ITAB: EuroShop LED Wall Graphics

One line, one very wide wall.

Kinetic-type graphics for a 7680x540 LED wall at EuroShop, built around the line "AI powering the future of retail" for ITAB, produced through Theory and Practice.

My role: Motion design and typography animation

Delivered: The full LED wall sequence (7680x540, 72 s) and an animated Theory and Practice logo

The brief

Theory and Practice needed motion graphics and message visualization for ITAB's booth displays at EuroShop, the retail trade fair, carried by one message: AI powering the future of retail.

The build

I built the sequence in After Effects at the wall's native 7680x540, so the type runs across the whole width: words scale up to the wall's full height and the line plays across it over a network-line background. The full scene was rendered on 23 December 2022, with section revisions in early January.

The constraint

The wall is about 14 times wider than it is tall, so the sequence was designed and rendered at its native 7680x540 rather than adapted from a 16:9 edit.

The delivered experience

The full-scene render was delivered on 23 December 2022; the video here is that render at half resolution.
